Bio

Ms. Habl received her undergraduate degree from Florida State University with honors in 1996. Thereafter, Ms. Habl successfully achieved her Juris Doctorate at Brooklyn Law School in 1999.

After taking and passing the New York and New Jersey Bar Exams, Ms. Habl began her legal career at the Kings County District Attorney's Office. As a prosecutor in New York City Ms. Habl was immediately exposed to trial work and extensive in court room proceedings ranging from felonies, family issues, domestic violence, drugs, gun crimes and organized crime.

In 2002, Ms. Habl relocated to Florida after having successfully navigated many of New York's professional challenges. Upon relocating Ms. Habl continued her career as an associate with the statewide law firm, Stiles, Taylor and Grace, P.A., primarily concentrating on defense work and representing corporate clients.

Since 'hanging out a shingle' Ms. Habl's practice has concentrated in the areas of criminal defense and family law while providing general practice assistance including living wills and health care proxies and such for returning clients.
